Brandenbed Living Spaces UG is a Berlin-based property management company. We take care of furnished rooms and flats for tenants and landlords alike, from the first enquiry to the day someone moves out.
We started Brandenbed to make renting a furnished room in Berlin simple: for tenants who want a straightforward, digital move-in, and for landlords who want their property managed reliably.
Furnished private rooms, double- and triple-sharing units, and full flats across Berlin's boroughs. We currently manage 13 buildings and 33 individual units.
New tenants complete personal info, contract, document uploads and signature entirely online through our tenant onboarding portal.
We stay the point of contact for tenants throughout the tenancy, handling maintenance requests, questions, and lease administration.
